The Story

Our Project

We connect your business with the world class research in the field of anthropology to understand "hidden truth" of corporate culture, consumer behaviour, market trends. You get a competitive advantage that cannot be copied.

Every organization tells a story, even if no one has written it down. It begins quietly, with small rituals—how meetings start, how decisions are really made, how people celebrate wins or cope with failure. These rituals spread not because they are mandated, but because they are copied. One person watches another, learns what is acceptable, who is successful, and passes it on. This is how culture travels.

Beneath these visible habits lies something older and deeper.
People do not respond simply to incentives and rules.
Human behaviour is shaped by an evolutionary inheritance: shared psychological biases and cultural innovations, which can enable or impede cooperation.

This inheritance influences whether people commit, comply, innovate, resist or disengage.
Our evolutionary past underpins loyalty, motivation, cooperation, and even self sacrifice, long before any policy or incentive system comes into play.

When leaders wonder why people act the way they do,

the answers cannot be found in dashboards, HR files or org charts. They lurk in the same territory anthropologists have studied for generations:

how groups incentivise and punish, who has influence and why, how cohesion is created, and how individuals find their place within something larger than themselves.

This is why, when you truly want to understand what is happening inside your company, you need to look beyond conventional corporate tools.

The most important dynamics are often off the radar—embedded in shared stories, unspoken norms, and our evolved psychology.

And those are best uncovered by those who know how to read culture, not just measure performance.

OUR PROJECT

Anthropology systematically examines the complexities of human existence, encompassing psychology, behaviour, culture, and societies comparatively across space and time.

Anthropologists engage in rigorous fieldwork, immersing themselves in communities to gather rich and insights that inform their understanding.

Many also work collaboratively with experimental psychologists, neuroscientists, evolutionary biologists, archaeologists, historians, business leaders to develop a rounded and comprehensive framework for understanding what makes us tick.

The Problem

Vision and Strategy fail at execution—

because culture is misunderstood and mismanaged

Organizations invest heavily in strategy, analytics, and AI, yet results stall when everyday behaviors don’t align with intent. Culture is treated as abstract or static, as something you can declare. This pattern leaves leaders without practical levers to drive change.

The Insight

Culture is transmitted, not declared.

Most of culture is transmitted implicitly

Performance is shaped by

what your people implicitly believe in, belong to and conform to – not by explicit policies and mission statements.

What and why do people copy across teams and time?

Without an answer this question, even the best initiatives underperform and disappoint
